Rainbow was pretty busy and chillin in the front. some nice hip hop, soul and funk.
Saturday. Should have been really good. After a day of paintballing and flopping coventry and poppy red respectively, med bar disappointed. The crowd was full of idiots and the tunes were pretty average. Highlight of the night. Marky dropped Original Sin - Dont be silly and reloaded twice. Oh and the Commix - Be True / D Bridge - True Romance double drop was hair raisingly good!

Sunday night was back at the Rainbow. It was "hot date" a party where the people who think theyre really cool go to try really hard to act really cool... waste. Silly kids pretending to be "ghetto" dancing to old skool garage. Hot girls though!

Im in the said pics and i was indeed at the said club night...w/witts.
I had this conversation with him midway through the proceedings.
I agreed and disagreed with his comment, the night does attract a certain amount of try hards but also the night is held in a decent venue so if your there enjoyin the atmosphere and happen to get a jig on to some beats does that automatically mean your tryin to be cool? The answers NO.
Witts who posted the blog didnt mean every1 there was tryin to act cool, because that would include the boy himself.
I think it all comes down to matter of opinion, which we are all in titled to!

I run hott date & have no interest in trying to look cool or dancing to garage all night. Hott Date is very self-indulgent as its all my favourite djs & clubnights in brum of which most are electro to be honest.
Sunday was probably the quietest hott date we've had for a long time and i was really ill so only made a brief appearance. The crowd are normally just funlovers, I don't know if maybe one or two ppl on Sunday may not have been but you get that at most events.

I jus want to highlight the fact that i didnt write this blog entry. Iv got a lot of respect for maz, christophe et al. So bitchin about the night would be stoooopid.

so everyone chill.. theres no beef on the menu at better never than late.
