It's supposedly a cheaper method of production for Tank during these economical hard times for all magazines.
I personally am yet to see a copy of the new spiral bounded version, as they could be just a trial batch or could have just run on limited numbers so if you do manage to come across one hold on to that shit..
Regardless if received well and considered a success, be sure to see a few other mags follow suit.
